Sheena Supaya

General manager, international business
Publicis Media
Singapore

Imagine being the go-to person when a project gets underway—the one clients trust, teams rally around, and colleagues credit. For Sheena Supaya, general manager of international business at Publicis Media, that’s just another day on the job. Calm under pressure and steady in the face of complexity, she brings a grounded presence that keeps things moving forward—something her team deeply values and admires.

Today, Supaya oversees some of Publicis Media’s most multifaceted portfolios—including Adobe, Electrolux, and Marriott—spanning markets from Australia to the Middle East with varying needs and budgets. Over the past three years, her team maintained a 100% client retention rate and recorded double-digit growth in international revenue.

Supaya plays a key role in securing new business wins including leading full-cycle efforts for Electrolux, driving commercial strategy for Korean Air and Pfizer, managing transitions for Spotify and Lego, and advising on team design for Kenvue and Accor. Her level-headed consultancy aided in a 25% spike in new business wins. She was also instrumental in turning Marriott’s digital remit into a broader role, driving a 30% increase in the account’s value.

Supaya’s influence goes beyond revenue and growth. She recently spearheaded the launch of Publicis Media’s first performance community to equip emerging leaders within the agency with shared tools, and encourage them to challenge each other.

She also developed the APAC Hub Solutions Playbook, a practical guide that has enhanced cross-market alignment and streamlined collaboration across borderless roles. Both initiatives have been formally integrated into the agency’s systems, reinforcing her ability to drive both vision and execution.

Supaya’s commitment to nurturing talent is equally notable. Internally, her support towards tailored training and upskilling have contributed to a 31% rise in perceived growth opportunities and stronger employee sentiment around belonging and wellbeing. Externally, she extends this passion through education. Recently, she spoke to students from Ngee Ann Polytechnic about the insights into digital-media planning and the evolving marketing landscape.
