Peggy Hon

General manager
Landor
Hong Kong

Since joining Landor in 2017, Peggy Hon has overseen significant progress. She has been promoted from business director to general manager and the Hong Kong office has grown from five to 36 team members. She navigated the office's evolution through a merger with Fitch and its expansion into the Landor Group. She also introduced new capabilities, including motion and sonic branding, positioning the studio as a regional hub for brand and experience-driven solutions.

Hon led Landor towards double-digit year-on-year revenue growth, driven by key client wins including global brands with regional headquarters in Hong Kong. Internally, she reshaped the agency’s leadership, boosting female representation in senior roles to 60–70%.

Meanwhile, she invested in talent development by launching the Future Leaders Programme, offering external training opportunities to selected rising stars across departments. Designed to build soft skills and leadership capabilities, this programme reflects her commitment to cultivating the next generation of creative and strategic leaders.

Under her stewardship, the agency expanded its impact of award-winning work beyond branding. A standout example is the launch of Tracy, an AI-powered virtual assistant developed in partnership with MTR to enhance accessibility for commuters with disabilities. The project earned Gold at the Transform Awards.

Hon is also steering Landor Hong Kong towards a more sustainable future. Through the agency’s Good Squad initiative, she achieved a sustainability focus in 10% of all projects, including collaborations with PEFC, MYOM, and P&G Zoo to promote environmentally conscious packaging solutions.

Hon is a sought-after speaker and thought leader through initiatives like Landor’s Work Taster programme where she conducts design workshops for students. Beyond her professional endeavours, she supports charitable initiatives and serves as a creative sponsor for the British Chamber of Commerce, helping to position Hong Kong as a global connector.

Hon started her career as a screenwriter for TV in 2004, developing a strong foundation in storytelling before moving into advertising. Over the course of two decades, she held leadership roles at Grey, Publicis Groupe, and Leo Burnett, managing major accounts, including P&G, Max Factor, SHK, and Pfizer.
