Ninh Tran Nguyen An is a Cannes Lions-winning marketer with a passion for purposeful branding and innovation. With over 13 years of experience at FMCG powerhouses like Unilever and Mondelez, she has worked across household names such as Comfort, Sunlight, Oreo, and Cosy. Her journey began in Vietnam’s wet markets and homes, guided by the belief that marketing should serve people. This ethos fueled her rise from Unilever trainee to regional manager at Mondelez, where she now leads multi-market projects across five countries. 

In 2024, Ninh led Oreo Vietnam towards double-digit growth through three rapid-fire campaigns: a nostalgic Pokémon collaboration, a full-funnel Taste campaign, and a successful Oreo x Mixue partnership. These campaigns propelled Oreo into one of Mondelez Vietnam’s fastest growth brands, achieving twice the rate of Vietnam's annual GPD growth rate. This also led Ninh to earn the Mondelez Manager Award, an internal recognition that she wears proudly. 

Ninh’s impact extends far beyond the boardroom. She co-authored a guidebook on effective innovation for use by over 100 marketers across SEA. She also mentors young talent, champions inclusive storytelling with Unicef, and helps Vietnamese SMEs through AI-powered marketing workshops.

When leading cross-market projects, Ninh makes it a point to actively foster psychological safety by treating smaller markets and quieter voices as equal contributors. She champions cognitive diversity by bringing together varied thinking styles, cultural contexts, and cross-functional expertise, proving that innovation thrives on inclusion.

In an industry often focused on metrics, Ninh is a reminder that marketing’s greatest measure is the positive change it leaves behind.
