Rey Tiempo has left Minotaur, where he was chief creative officer. His work on creative brand gamification continues as chief creative officer through Co-Op Play, which will now serve as the Centre for Creative Gaming Excellence, together with the other future communications solutions platforms. Tiempo served as head of creatives and head of experience and innovation at Digitas Philippines, and as CCO at VMLY&R, before joining Minotaur. He spent his early time at Dentsu BBDO, Leo Burnett and Basic Advertising. 

M+C Saatchi Group ANZ has appointed Simon Wassef to the newly created role of group chief strategy officer. He will officially commence his role in the new year. Wassef joins after recently resigning from Clemenger BBDO, where he spent two years as chief strategy and experience officer. He has held senior strategy roles at AKQA London and Sydney, TBWA Chiat Day Los Angeles, Droga5 Sydney and R/GA London.

Aman Gupta, co-founder and CMO of Boata fast-rising audio and wearables startup in India, also a Campaign Asia Powerlister in 2022, has resigned from the operating role to fight the soaring attrition rate (34%) ahead of the IPO, according to NDTV Profit.  Gupta will transition to the role of a  Non-Executive Director on the board of the company.

TBWA Group Indonesia has appointed Mahmud Omar Saladin as chief digital officer. In this newly created role, he will report to Soum Banerjee, CEO and co-founder of TBWA Group Indonesia. Prior to TBWA, he worked for Telkomsol, Google, 3 Indonesia, XL Axiata and Leo Burnett.

Kicker Communications, a strategic communications consultancy, has appointed Stephanie Ryan as client director. Ryan is a senior communications professional with over 20 years of industry experience, with particular expertise in the technology sector, running communications at Intel Australia and New Zealand and Medtronic as well as consumer and lifestyle PR programs.Also joining Kicker as consultants are Christopher Kane and Alexandra Rutter, who both recently concluded Kicker’s paid internship program. The appointments come as Kicker celebrates several major client wins, JCDecaux, Australia’s leading deep tech incubator Cicada Innovations, national provider of whole-body MRI scans OneMRI and leading independent provider of heavy vehicle fleet maintenance Truck Tech.

Independent agency Connected Media Group has been appointed by the world’s largest interactive audio platform for children, Tonies, to manage media planning and buying across Australia and New Zealand. Connected Media’s remit includes above-the-line media and online video, focusing on upper and mid-funnel channels. It was appointed to work alongside Tonies PR, activation and events partner, the Connect Agency, to manage the next generation product launch, Toniebox 2, with planning underway for further campaigns in 2026.

Drcom, an integrated healthcare marketing and communications agency has appointed Bruno Senouci and Gwénaël Meneux as Co-CEOs. Senouci, Co-CEO, operations, innovation & delivery, has been with Drcom since 2001, launched Asian operations. Meneux, Co-CEO, commercial, strategy & growth, brings strong international leadership experience from AstraZeneca and has been shaping drcom’s global strategy since joining in 2024.

FCB Ulka, part of FCB India, has appointed Manisha Sain as national planning director. Sain brings over 15 years of experience in uncovering deep human insights and translating them into impactful brand strategies. She joins FCB from The Womb Communications. Before that, she worked at BBDO and Nielson.

Warner Bros. Discovery has appointed VaynerMedia Australia as its lead social agency for HBO Max in Australia, in a partnership spanning creative and production across all social platforms for the premium streaming service. Vayner Media expanded into Australia in 2021 and works with Pepsico, Meta, and Asahi. Earlier this year, WBD appointed EssenceMediacom as its media agency to lead the launch of the Max streaming service in Australia.

Audi has appointed Joy Communications as its official creative agency in Singapore, following a competitive pitch that lasted from April to July 2025. The partnership is for two years, with the option to extend for an additional two. Joy Communications will oversee the full spectrum of the Audi brand's communications, from brand strategy to the entire customer experience, including advertising and on-ground activations, with a focus on digital, customer experience (CX), and social media engagement. DDB Group Singapore is the incumbent managing the account since 2022.

Havas Ortega has promoted Gian Angelo Dela Cruz to creativity and experience lead and strategy director. In his expanded role, Dela Cruz will lead the convergence of creativity and experience across the agency’s disciplines. He will continue to oversee the strategy and insights group. A seasoned advertising professional with 14 years of experience, he joined Havas Ortega in 2017. 

Gloria Wu has joined RAPP China as managing director. She was most recently executive vice president and China corporate lead at Weber Shandwick Shanghai. Wu worked for 15 years at Weber Shandwick. She was selected into Campaign’s Women to Watch Greater China list in 2021. 

Sarah Tucker has joined Atlassian as director, senior team lead, ABM and regional demand generation for APAC. She was previously head of marketing, APAC at LinkedIn Marketing Solutions – Enterprise, where she spent more than five years. Before joining LinkedIn in 2020, Tucker was head of marketing and communications at Foxtel Media and earlier advised Australian entrepreneurs, startups, and B2B brands on marketing and communications strategies. She was named to the Campaign Asia-Pacific Power List in 2023.

Creative and production studio Cream has launched Cream Asia, a new hub in Singapore. Founded in Paris in 2014, the studio is known for work across film, advertising, photography, gaming, and music. The Asia expansion will be led by Timothée Salze-Lozac’h, partner at Cream, who takes on the role of Asia CEO and executive producer.

Priceline Pharmacy, part of Wesfarmers Health, has partnered with retail media platform Zitcha to expand its retail media network. The deal supports Priceline’s move to build in-house retail media capability and train suppliers on omnichannel execution.

Kai Xin Lee has joined Supermom Business as chief experience and marketing officer. She was previously a strategic adviser and managing director, Southeast Asia at Meetsocial, and earlier global head of marketing at Lyte. Her past roles include positions at Microsoft, The Brand Union, and Lenovo.
